Day 60: Shaw Island

Broke out the PowerDive to go over the hulls. There is a lot of slime but I'm more concerned about the few barnacles here and there. Managed to do the starboard hull, scraping off weevils and cleaning the waterline before I got too cold. Must have a partial ear blockage because, despite equalising, ended up with a bit of an earache. The port side will have to wait for a few days.

Setting up the PowerDive.

Had a lazy afternoon and then noticed that everyone else had left. Did they know something we don't? Rechecked the weather and a 15 knot SE is predicted which could make for a rocky night. Decided to shoot around to Shaw Island, anchor down just on dusk.

The windlass is still playing up. I'll have another look at it tomorrow.

Some nice chicken pieces on the barbie for dinner, and I even manage to land a fish. Not really big enough for us so I'll probably give it to the cats.
