Day 32: Pancake Creek

Had a lie in after yesterday's exhausting day. First job was to make water. The best chance I have of clearing the air from the water system is to raise the level in the tanks to give the pump a chance. By mid-afternoon I had them full and managed to prime the pump. From now on, we'll make 2 batches every other day, one for each tank- Kim's idea. That should keep them ticking over.

Line of cats.

Sunset over Pancake Creek.

Went for a spin in the dinghy and ran into Carolyn and Walt on the pancake. Good chance to stretch our legs. On the way back, we dropped in to Anum Cara and Penny had just caught a Golden Trevally. She gave us some for dinner and also some mac tuna for the crab trap. That went in until morning. The fish was excellent.

Crab trap ready to go.

No-good sea slug on my line. No only do they eat the bait, they have venomous spines. Nice!
