Getting used to the Island shuffle.
First task was to prepare the squid. Kim looked up the procedure and I did the prep. Ended up with a brunch-suitable amount. Lesson learned; they shrink after you catch them so you need a goodly amount for a meal. If there's more, go get them.

Waiting to be prepared. |
Kim cooked the calamari up a treat. It was really good (rolled in flour, salt & pepper, then fried).

Cooked up great. |
Went ashore for a swim and the rest of lunch - wedges.
Back on the boat and I snorkeled on the props. There were a few barnacles to be scraped and I brushed off the saildrive anodes. The saildrives and hull need a bit more work but I'll need the power-dive for that and there is a job to be done before that will work - fitting the Anderson plugs.
Mid-afternoon, we motored back to Leekes Beach as we had an invitation on to a great big ex-trawler - the Mercedes - by Dave and Carolyn. An impressive and different boat. Not really our thing but it's nice to see the variety.
