No power on the pump / float switch so I traced the wires back to the electrical cupboard. The fuse was blown. Replaced it and the pump was active but barely moved. I'd guess it seized up and blew the fuse. Swapped out the pump with a new one and redid the cabling. All good now.

After lunch, we went into town to do some non-perishable shopping at the IGA. Got everything we needed and followed up with a surf & turf in one of the local pubs - of which there are many excellent ones in Bundy. Rest of the shopping tomorrow
